Digital Images

A series of Illustrator-based graphics developed through a sketch-to-vector workflow. I begin with handdrawn sketches, import them into Illustrator, construct clean linework using the Pen Tool, and finalize each piece with shape building, fills, and path refinement.

1. Merrikin Designs logo. My company brand that features wearable art and home decor.
2. Felt Artistic logo. My brand for needle felted artwork. The word Felt is comprised of barbed felting needles.
3. A Chance to Dance Scholarship Foundation logo. A dance organization that specializes in hip hop, ballet, lyrical, and tap.
4. KilnTrack logo (non-animated version). The logo for my app that tracks firing schedules and project information for glass and ceramic artists. The hexagon echoes the shape of a kiln lid and the letter K is made out of heating element coils. The animated GIF cycles twice to show a glow of the lid and the coils heating (becoming yellow) then cooling (a deep burgundy, almost black)
